NAILVILLE is by Appoinment ONLY, The Manisurist Jamie Melchor Doesn't live Locally in Fresno. She comes to Fresno from Coarsegold CA to Serve her Guests everyday during the week but, Sundays. *Each NEW GUEST will be asked to fill out a "Guests Profile Card," before your appointemt begins. That way we have information in each Guest at Nailville. It is a good idea to show up 5 minutes earlier if your a New Guest.*

Nailville Policies - All Guests Please Read
Appointments are taken to accommodate your busy schedule.
To ensure that everyone’s service is relaxing and enjoyable I need all guests
to be on time. If you are unable to keep your appointment please
contact Nailville to cancel or rebook, with a 24hour notice.
If it is after hours, you may leave a voicemail with Nailville at (559) 313 – 8339.
Occasionally, proper notice can not be given when weather conditions may
prohibit safe travel, a family emergency occurs or sudden illness takes priority.
These situations will be considered. If you arrive for your scheduled appointment
more than 15 minutes late, you maybe given the option of a shortened service
or rescheduling your appointment.
Nailville will not tolerate guests giving there scheduled appointment times away
to someone else like friends or family members without Nailville’s approval in
advanced.
If an Appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice,
you will be charged a $25.00 fee, remember this when you’re calling
or texting us at Nailville the day of your scheduled appointment saying
you need to reschedule that is not enough of a notice for us here at Nailville.
No shows will be charged the Full Price of the Service(s).
The 2nd time you will be asked to find a new Nail Tech.
A courtesy call is given to ALL our guests at Nailville, whether you’re a
new or regular pre-standing appointment. Also appointment cards are given
to help as reminders, put them somewhere important so you don’t loose it.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to either be here or cancel.

*NOTE* "Sometimes art can take an hour to a few minutes all depends on the type of designs we are doing. Simple Nail art can take 5 minutes but, Elaborate art work on all 10 finger nails sometimes takes me as long as 30 to 40 minutes."
